New Moon Intention Setting & Practice

The new moon is a magical time for self-reflection, contemplation and slowing down. It’s the perfect time to set new intentions and prepare for new beginnings before moving into the next cycle.
Bring an element of ritual to your yoga practice as you take time for yourself and reconnect with your deepest desires with our monthly New Moon workshop led by Polly.

We will start with a grounding meditation and intention setting, calling to light that which we desire in our lives, and that which we choose to let go of. We will then move through a slow breath lead lunar flow (not a chatarunga in sight!), followed by more spacious restorative grounding postures and a half an hour of Yoga Nidra.

You might like to bring a journal to write your intentions and any self-reflection that arises from your practice.

This will be 2 hours of bliss.
